~Rules~ - NEVER post porn. Although, I don't think this board will ever be big enough for radom people to come in and do that.
- Don't swear or flame. It's not cool and it gets you on everybody's bad side. "Crap" isn't bad, but don't use it excessively.
- Don't advertise. Your website can be displayed in your profile. If you want to bring something you made uop because it has something to do with the topic, go ahead, but don't make a "Look at my site" topic.
- Don't make topics without a purpose.
- Don't use sigs that are way too long. Banner sigs are fine, but, as most boards have you do, PM it to a mod before throwing it on. I'm the only mod so far... so that'd be me. Just ask me, I'll probably say yes. P.S., you have to PM me as "admin," not "Bird Person."
- You don't need to ask to change your avatar, as long as it's not porn.

Should we advertise this site to others?

One thing. Is it okay to show ROMs, emulators, and such? Because most forums don't allow that, and I was wondering if it was the same here.

I'm not really sure. It's against the law to advertise copyrighted material.

Well, I really don't mind, having used ROMs and emulators before (now my mom won't let me).

It depends on the use of the word. For example, if we're talking about religion and somebody says "I believe good people go to Heaven after death and evil people go to Hell," then that's OK, or if somebody says "I'm watching Hell's Kitchen," it's fine... but not "Go to H***" or "What the H***?" So, does that explain everything?
